well worth £25.....Could you pass on the info to your dragons that I have made quite a few changes to text on my home page (this afternoon-I came back with my head stuffed full of changes) and have requested a number of accessibility changes from my web platform people. As we gathered for coffee and pastries on arrival, there was a buzz of excitement amongst the 42 attendees - not just from the 'Dragon's' who were anxious to the best advice knowing it would be in very short bursts, but also from those brave participants who had volunteered their sites for review.
What transpired was a morning filled with ideas and suggestions from the Dragons and great honesty from the businesses who were featured. They were telling us of their objectives for their website which showed up online and offline marketing issues, accessibility and legal problems and a whole range of web-text related concerns which the Dragons explained and advised on, raising the level of knowledge and expectation of most businesses in attendance.
In the mix of businesses featured there were a range of issues and it was noticeable that many of the solutions and advice offered applied to many websites.

The morning ended with delicious sandwiches for lunch. Once again, the Minerva Centre www.minervacentre.co.uk did us proud and gave us customer service that other venues should take note of!
