Event Review - DIY Search Engine Optimisation
Posted: 07-Jul-06

Latest comment from Julie Hayward - The Fairy Godmother, whose website was used as an example at the DIY SEO event:

'My site has attracted more traffic, certainly in recent weeks as I have found time to do more changes. It took a while for the changes to start to show an impact but everything that I have done has improved the site activity in one way or another.

It certainly seems that it is the combined effect of lots of little changes
that increase recognition and a bonus is that some of the changes also seem
to have increased flow around the site.'

Comments from attendees at the event:
'I greatly enjoyed your event today, it was extremely well presented and full of excellent new ideas and useful reminders. I have come away with lots of plans which I can't wait to get on with....' wrote Frances Quintrell, Creative Arts & ICT at West Essex College.

'I was so glad that i could finally attend one of your events. I found it
very professional, concise and illuminating. thankyou to you and your associates
for giving up your time in this way.' John Roe, Care Cleaners, Braintree

'Just a quick word to say I thought last weeks Forum was very good. Good
facility, Good content, Good delivery.

The SEO stuff after coffee was particularly interesting and I for one have
been on www.instantposition.com and
making changes to get scores of 40/40!'
Ciaran Crowley, DirectaUK
